Are you an experienced grinder looking to bring your skills to a small, tight-knit manufacturing team in Bridgeport? Our client is seeking someone whoâ s confident operating rotary surface grinding equipment â specifically someone with knowledge of Blanchard-style machinery.

What Youâ ll Be Doing

Operate Blanchard rotary surface grinding machinery to produce precision flat surfaces.

Work from engineering drawings and job specs to meet part specifications.

Inspect final pieces using micrometers and other precision tools.

Perform routine maintenance and make adjustments to ensure high-quality output.

What Weâ re Looking For

Solid experience with rotary surface grinders â Blanchard experience required.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Skilled in precision measuring techniques and tools.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
