RN Supervisor Float Full time or Part time

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Shift or 11 PM to 7 AM

Rate: $36 - $40/hr. (depending on experience)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a confident and compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our Float Pool during the evening or overnight shift. The RN Supervisor is responsible for oversight of nursing operations, staff coordination, and ensuring quality resident care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and clinical support staff

Provide direct resident care and ensure clinical excellence

Conduct shift rounds, audits, and assessments

Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and emergency situations

Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team

Oversee accurate and timely documentation and charting

Ensure compliance with infection control, medication administration, and safety protocols

Facilitate shift handoffs and daily reporting

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab preferred

Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or team lead experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills

Proficiency in EMR systems and nursing documentation
