Job Responsibilities
Business Objectives
Drive Offline Sales for National Inventory using Indias partner profiles through effective planning, forecasting, and target setting for team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian Corporates, Travel Agents, Industry Influencers, and Key Strategic Partners to extract business for national destinations, while also onboarding new partners.
Strategize milestones to ensure stable business volumes and future growth planning.
Monitor and review team performance periodically to ensure high productivity.
Plan and execute market visits within the assigned region.
Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of accounts and targets.
Share timely feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing, and other sales-influencing factors.
Stay updated on competition and implement changes as required.
People Objectives
Lead a team of 6+ on-roll members effectively.
Ensure strong team building through recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring.
Coach and empower team members on sales processes, product knowledge, OYO IT systems, and soft skills.
Demonstrate a proven record of onboarding corporates.
Support the team in negotiating and closing large deals.
Facilitate periodic RCA & action planning for performance improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales-related stakeholders.
Analyze sales performance against targets and manage outliers.
