Do you have solid experience in property management and want to play a central role in managing key commercial spaces? The Migros Neuchâtel-Fribourg Cooperative invites you to join a committed team at the heart of a dynamic portfolio of Migros shopping centers and stores throughout the region.

What you will do

Independently manage a portfolio of commercial properties, consisting mainly of Migros centers, as well as a few mixed-use and residential buildings.

Be the primary contact for our tenants, with whom you will build relationships of trust: negotiating, drafting, and monitoring leases, managing amendments, extensions, and terminations.

Oversee all administrative tasks related to property management: invoicing, service charge statements, indexation, and collection of turnover figures.

Work closely with internal teams (projects and construction, facility management, accounting, center management) to ensure smooth and coordinated management.

Depending on the situation, act as landlord or tenant with rigor, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.

Actively contribute to the marketing of space: tenant search, vacancy management, market analysis.
