A growing intellectual property team is hiring a mid-level patent attorney with 3-6 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. The role focuses on wireless communications and related technologies, with an emphasis on electrical engineering subject matter.

Key Requirements:

3-6 years of patent prosecution experience

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

USPTO admission required

Admission to any state bar (California preferred)

Strong academic credentials and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a team-driven, client-focused environment

Compensation: $200,000-$250,000 base salary, depending on experience and workload
