Summary The Lead CNC Equipment Engineer ensures the standardization, reliability, and efficiency of CNC equipment across the organization.
This role focuses on supporting day-to-day tasks by assisting shops in evaluating CNC machines, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring compliance with established standards.
The Lead CNC Equipment Engineer also participates in machine runoffs, overseeing setup, calibration, and testing to verify equipment performance and alignment with specifications.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities * Address day-to-day challenges related to CNC equipment and technical reviews, providing timely solutions and support.
* Conduct machine evaluations based on standardized criteria, providing detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical reviews, ensuring clarity and usability for operational teams.
* Assist shops with new machine runoffs to ensure compliance * Coordinate several concurrent projects * Approximately 10-25% travel Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years (equipment standardization) experience + minimum of 3 years (equipment standardization) experience.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
