Job Summary:
Efficientivity, a management consulting firm headquartered in London, UK, is seeking a Management Consultant to support clients in implementing our proprietary business improvement methodology. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site client engagements, primarily with clients based in India. Ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through methodology implementation
Conduct workshops, assessments, and training sessions
Monitor progress and provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams and document feedback
Travel to client sites within India as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
Strong communication and analytical skills
Up to 3 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Ability to work independently and travel for client engagements
