Oversee mechanical projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and - compliance with specifications.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to ensure project success.

Manage and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed on all job sites.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices.
