Caregiving Lead

Our client, a healthcare provider specializing in supportive residential care, is seeking a Caregiving House Team Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, compassion, and a commitment to creating a positive environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Caregiving House Lead

Location: Minong, WI

Pay Range: $16/hr

Shift: AM (7am-3pm) PM (3pm-11pm) OVERNIGHT (11pm-7am)

What's the Job?

Lead and support staff in providing high-quality care to residents in a residential setting

Assist with staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage for all shifts

Maintain accurate documentation including MARs, checklists, and charts in compliance with regulatory standards

Order medications and manage medication records, ensuring proper disposal of expired or discontinued medications

What's Needed?

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

Background in healthcare, such as assisted living, long-term care, or home health care, is advantageous

Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively

Strong organizational and scheduling skills

Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and physical mobility
