The Concierge at New Albany Country Club will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival
Answer incoming calls and address inquiries
Coordinate transportation services for members
Coordinate our private dining room rentals for meetings and meals
Provide information about club services, amenities, and events
Organize and complete daily reports
Coordinate dining reservations and manage online registration for member events
Coordinate and bill on-site member services as well as those provided by preferred vendors
Track inventory of print marketing materials and create information packets
Review and edit marketing materials for print and digital use
Courteous initiation and direction of all inbound calls
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous hospitality customer service experience
Previous office administration experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Must be able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Benefits:
Competitive hourly compensation of $18.00 - $20.00 paid bi-weekly
