Starting with the role:

We are currently searching to hire a a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a young legal professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment.

During your day you will:

Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, and public tender matters

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents

Conduct legal research and provide case support

Maintain accurate legal records and case files

Translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance on public tenders related issues

Monitor legal developments that could impact HELECTOR and the broader industry, anticipating challenges and contributing to the ongoing development of internal processes

Assess the impact of changes in the legal framework for the company’s business and raise awareness of internal teams

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.

Master’s degree (LLM) will be considered an asset

Member of the Athens Bar Association (or eligible to register)

1–3 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a corporate or law firm environment

Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Efficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
