Job Description
Duration: 12 month contract with potential to extend
Location: Hybrid - Onsite 2 days per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 to 5pm PST
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact between system administrators and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and smooth task execution.
Identify system-related issues, devise plans and shepherd procedures from inception to completion.
Collaborate closely with HR Team and stakeholder groups, providing technical direction and creating robust problem-solving strategies.
Master the functionalities of newly acquired tools.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Workday and Workday HCM business processes.
Proven expert-level experience in business analysis.
Exemplary communication skills and patience in dealing with stakeholders with varied levels of technical capability.
Adaptability to dynamic environments and ability to effectively manage change.
Capacity to define technical procedures for stakeholders with limited IT know-how and provide clear visions of Workday functionalities.
Agile / SCRUM experience
Strong documentation skills
Desirable Attributes:
Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
Understanding of UKG Work Force Management and UKG Pro.
Knowledge in Workday integration concepts.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
SCRUM certification
