QSSHire is partnering with a cleared client to find a Project Manager with a focus in Survey Analytics who is deeply skilled in statistical modeling and Python-based analytics.

If you're a seasoned PM who thrives at the intersection of leadership, data science, strategy, and especially with a background in advanced statistics and hands-on coding, this role is tailored for you.

You’ll lead high-impact survey analytics projects, working with large, complex datasets using Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.), statistical modeling, and advanced visualization techniques.

Your insights will influence strategic direction in a fast-paced cleared environment.

This role is 100% on-site in Chantilly, VA, supporting a secure, dynamic environment where your work will directly influence organizational decisions.

In This Role, You’ll: • Lead and manage survey analytics projects from end to end • Assign tasks, review deliverables, and mentor team members • Oversee quantitative and qualitative survey analysis • Develop executive-level briefings and visualizations • Ensure high-quality, accurate reporting and insights • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and guide action planning You’ll Succeed Here If You Have: • 10+ years of experience in project management and data analytics • A background in survey methods and statistical analysis • Hands-on skills in R, Python, SPSS, and data viz tools like Tableau or Power BI • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • A proactive, problem-solving mindset Bonus Points If You Have: • A degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related behavioral science Why QSSHire?
