Revenue Integrity Specialist

The Revenue Integrity Specialist focuses and supports the financial health of the organization by analyzing revenue cycle data, identifying issues that affect reimbursement, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cash flow.

Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:

Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.

Previous Experience:

1. Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding or financial analysis required.

2. Strong analytical skill: proficiency in excel, SQL, and revenue cycle systems.

3. Knowledge of ICD10, CPT, HCPCS coding, and payer reimbursement.

4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
