Job Title: Sr Advanced Program/Project Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Straight Pay: $64/hr.

As part of the Military Fixed Wing Team (MFW), you will play a critical role in new product development for gas turbine engines, contributing to the future of aerospace technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Must be a US Person due to export control laws

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Systems, Aerospace, or Mechanical preferred)

Minimum 5 years of related engineering experience in the design, development, manufacture, and/or test of gas turbine engines

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and manage internal and external customers

Direct experience in gas turbine engine module or system development and project management

Experience with budget and schedule management in an EVMS environment

Project management training such as PMP certification is a plus

Experience with Requirements Based Engineering

Working level experience with ARP4754 and ARP4761

Strong oral and written communication skills

Creative thinking and innovation in product design

Commitment to customer satisfaction and promoting strong team working relationships

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead the RMSS work packages as Cost Account Manager, managing cost, budget, schedule, and risk

Ensure alignment of RMSS work with program planning documents

Organize work within the RMSS team in accordance with Agile planning principles

Properly escalate issues when necessary

Communicate status and risks clearly and appropriately
