Must Have Technical/Functional Skills An SAP PP and QM Group Lead is responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing integrated solutions for manufacturing and quality management within SAP, translating business requirements, leading pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise, conducting testing, and ensuring system adoption.
Key skills include extensive SAP PP/QM module experience, strong functional and technical knowledge of best practices, expertise in S/4HANA and related technologies, and integration experience with other SAP modules (MM, SD, EWM) and non-SAP systems like MES and LIMS.

• Understanding of manufacturing and quality processes in a GxP regulated environment

• Troubleshooting experience and ability to provide/propose wholistic solutions Roles & Responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions, designing end-to-end SAP PP and QM processes.
• Lead the configuration of SAP PP and QM modules, including master data, production orders, MRP, and quality inspections, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA capabilities.
• Lead customer demos, articulate the value proposition of solutions, and consult with stakeholders on IT strategy and solutions.
• Act as a technical delivery lead for projects, working within Agile methodologies, managing project schedules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee unit, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain system lifecycle documents, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deliver end-user training.
• Provide 3rd level support for complex issues, participate in change management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT solutions.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Extensive experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.
• In-depth understanding of best practices in manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Experience with S/4HANA capabilities and its impact on PP/QM processes.
• Proven ability to integrate SAP PP/QM with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Strong skills in translating business needs into technical solutions and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify gaps, and develop innovative technical solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
Salary Range: $120,00 0 - $150,000 a Year
