Our client, a leading organization in the technology and IT services sector, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer Assoc to join their team. As an Infrastructure Engineer Assoc, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Columbus, OH, hybrid. W2 only.

What's the Job?
Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN, endpoint protection, Office 365, and Windows 11
Create and maintain documentation on technical procedures and solutions
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure incident and service request resolution
Participate in the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance IT infrastructure What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, engineering, or a related technical field
At least 3 years of direct end-user support experience
Proficiency in Customer Service, PC hardware support, Jira Service Management, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Intune Admin Center, SharePoint, Office 365, and Windows 11
Strong troubleshooting skills for VPN, endpoint protection, and Microsoft services
