Position
The Back Office Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the clinical support team, including dental assistants and other back office functions. This role ensures efficient patient flow, adherence to clinical protocols, and delivery of high-quality patient care. The Back Office Supervisor works closely with the Practice Manager, providers, and front office staff to coordinate seamless operations that support both patient experience and clinical excellence.

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour/DOE
