Oversee in-house training activities; administer bespoke Learning Management System; coordinate training records and course/attendee details; report on learning and development activity and statistics; convert classroom-based training to eLearning; coordinate Training Needs Analysis annually in line with performance reviews; perform Graduate and Internship Employee on-boarding.
