Nightlife Floor Manager

Description Nightlife Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the club floor, ensuring exceptional service, smooth guest flow, and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere that aligns with Royal Saray Resort’s luxury standards.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing nightlife venues, fine dining restaurants, or luxury clubs within a 5-star hotel or resort environment.

Key Responsibilities • Supervise all nightly club floor operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service.

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide attentive, world-class service to all guests.

• Overseas VIP and high-profile guest experiences, ensuring personalized service and discretion.

• Maintain guest satisfaction by handling complaints, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.

• Collaborate with the entertainment team, bartenders, and service staff to ensure smooth event execution.

• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and grooming standards.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations always.

• Support marketing and promotions by enhancing guest engagement and atmosphere.

• Work closely with the Club General Manager to achieve revenue and service excellence targets.

Requirements & Qualifications • Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Nightlife Manager, or similar role in a luxury club, upscale lounge, or 5-star hotel (mandatory). • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). • Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of professionalism, confidence, and presence on the floor.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environment.

• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
