Senior Litigation Attorney

The LCF Group, Inc., based in New Hyde Park, has been a leading Revenue-Based Funding enterprise since 2011. We're expanding rapidly and seek a skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to manage complex legal matters in our fast-paced industry.

Location: New Hyde Park, NY (In-office position)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Senior Litigation Attorney duties include but not limited to:

Drafting correspondence and legal documents.

Drafting motions for state and federal court litigation.

Attending court appearances and arbitration hearings as necessary.

Conducting judgment enforcement through levy, garnishment, and other lawful judicial remedies.

Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Maintaining case files and ensuring all legal processes are followed.

Senior Litigation Attorney Qualifications:

A New York State Bar License (required); Federal court admission is a plus.

4-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.

Proficiency with NYSCEF and comfort with drafting and filing legal documents.

Experience in negotiating resolutions.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

The ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.

A professional demeanor and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
