1. Oversee and define the creative direction for integrated brand campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives using Cinema 4D (C4D), Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender and Apple Keynote to elevate global brand presence and ensure alignment with brand values and business objectives.
2. Develop and execute Clay’s brand strategy so that it aligns with the company’s goals, differentiates the brand to gain a competitive edge, and increases customer engagement and retention.
3. Analyze brand and web performance using Snowflake, Amplitude, Sigma, and Google Analytics to track impact, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement and conversion for the company.
4. Lead, grow, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team (web and creative designers, developers, illustrators, etc.),ensuring they meet project deadlines, adhere to quality standards, and grow professionally within Clay.
5. Lead creative vision and maintain visually appealing brand and interactive web assets for digital interfaces that align with Clay's brand and objectives and drive seamless user experiences.
6. Build, improve, and maintain the front-end development areas within Clay's website using Figma, Webflow, C4D,Adobe Creative Suite, GSAP, and Lottie.
7. Write efficient and standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to design and optimize high-performance websites and to ensure fast load times, smooth interactions, Web best practices, search engine optimization, and accessibility.
8. Conduct user research, iterative feedback loops, and usability studies using Figma to gain a deep understanding of the tool and its features, refine designs, and enable more effective communication of Clay’s offerings.
9. Provide technical and creative guidance to the internal design team of illustrators, motion designers, graphic designers, creative designers, front-end developers and web developers, as well as the external design agencies and creative contractors.
10. Manage and lead complex website projects and brand initiatives by coordinating the design team, balancing internal and external resources, and overseeing the creative process from website updates, redesigns, and maintenance projects using tools including Slack, Linear, Airtable, and Jira.
11. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and other vendors who contribute to web design, SEO, and digital marketing efforts.
40 hours per week, M-F

Requires five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include:
a. Developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy to align with business objectives, differentiate the brand in the market, and drive customer engagement using GSAP.
b. Overseeing the creative process and creation of motion graphics, Lottie animations, and 3D visuals for integrated brand campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives using Figma, Apple Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, Blender and Cinema 4D (C4D).
c. Designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, interactive websites by writing clean, standards-compliant code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to decrease load times and integrate custom code within the platform.
d. Analyzing brand performance using data tools including Snowflake, Amplitude, Sigma, and Google Analytics to track impact, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
e. Managing, mentoring, and growing multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers, and illustrators, driving high-quality output and innovation in brand and Web development.
f. Leading the creative vision and execution for digital interfaces, driving seamless user experiences.
g. Conducting user research, usability studies, and iterative feedback loops to refine designs, optimize user journeys, and drive intuitive, user-centered product experiences.
h. Leading complex, high-visibility projects by balancing internal and external resources to execute web and brand initiatives at scale using Jira and Airtable.
Bachelor’s (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Design, Web Design, or a related field.
