Our Integration team has an exciting opportunity for an Internship at our Amsterdam office! Gain firsthand Integration exposure by assisting with a variety of regional and country activities. You will help scale the Integration Program of an acquired company’s people, processes, and technology into the larger Stryker family.

Key Activities:

Support development and maintenance of Integration Playbooks

Support enhancement of Integration reporting capabilities in PowerBi

Review standard operating procedures and best practices for Integration

Assist with research, data gathering, and analysis for Integration activities

Facilitate execution of tactical components of Integration projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for ongoing projects

Be assigned a key project related to data analysis or process improvement.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or Finance. Must be enrolled in a Dutch University or registered with a Dutch University, for the duration of the internship (min. 6 months)

Available for 40 hours of work per week

Valid work permit to take up an internship in the Netherlands

Fluent spoken and written English. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency with Excel

Proficiency with Power BI would be preferable
