Our Client is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to support their HR team in delivering innovative projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness, while driving alignment with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing HR initiatives and projects across the employee lifecycle.
Coordinate and contribute to innovative HR projects, including process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, wellbeing initiatives, events, and performance management.
Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Provide guidance and support to HR team members, ensuring alignment with HR policies.
Collaborate with management to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Strong organizational and project management skills with a passion for innovation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
IT proficiency and the ability to understand data and produce reports.
Requirements
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office; experience with HR analytics tools is an asset.
Knowledge of Maltese labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluency in English (Maltese is considered an advantage).
