Requirements
We are actively seeking Techno-Functional Consultants, specializing in the following Salesforce domains:
Core Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
Facilitate discovery and design workshops with stakeholders.
Advise business users on Salesforce best practices to maximize platform benefits.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify pain points.
Develop process flows, state diagrams, and other documentation to support solution design.
Conduct review sessions to validate scope and proposed solutions.
Contribute to High-Level Design in collaboration with the architecture team.
Refine user stories alongside technical leads to ensure clear, actionable requirements.
Create Low-Level Designs to guide configurable development efforts.
Lead Show and Tell sessions to showcase progress and functionality.
Support end-user training and onboarding activities.
Practice Development
Identify and develop reusable assets such as design patterns, technical components, and accelerators.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Clouds, delivering training sessions like lunch-and-learns.
Mentor and support Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to build their expertise.
Business Development
Support pre-sales efforts through discovery sessions, solution documentation, and demo creation.
Personal and Professional Growth
Maintain relevant Salesforce certifications and stay current with product releases.
Guide team members on their professional development goals.
Build and nurture relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, including ISVs, partners, and Salesforce SEs.
Desired Competencies:
Strong commercial awareness, taking full ownership of project scope and managing client expectations effectively.
Ability to align client needs with Salesforce design principles, emphasizing out-of-the-box solutions first.
Understanding of pre-sales processes, including estimating effort and crafting solution summaries.
Required Experience & Knowledge:
Hands-on involvement in at least three Sales and/or Service Cloud implementations with significant responsibility for key development areas.
Proven ability to operate in a cross-functional capacity, handling both business analysis and configurable solution design/build.
Proficiency with declarative automation tools such as Salesforce Flow or Omniscripts.
