Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Generate and pursue new business opportunities by identifying leads and inquiries from new and existing clients.

Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.

Proposal & Sales Cycle Management: Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.

Technical & Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of PEB products, technical drawings, and engineering concepts to provide effective counseling and solutions to clients.

Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and increase brand awareness.

Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance against targets, provide timely sales reports to management, and conduct market and competitor analysis.

Collaboration: Work with engineering and project management teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of solutions and coordinate on project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience in industrial sales, with a preference for the PEB or steel structures industry.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering concepts related to pre-engineered buildings.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Sales Skills: Proven sales record, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a results-driven approach to meeting targets.

Other Skills: Ability to manage the sales cycle independently, develop market strategies, and conduct market research.
