Fencing Team Leader

We are recruiting for an experienced Fencing Team Leader on behalf of a expanding landscaping and fencing company. This is a permanent job paying to £34,255.00 a year and comes with a company van, four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays, a pension, ongoing training and career progression.

With a depot base close to Junction 2 of the M50 this role suits those living in or around Ledbury (6 Miles), Malvern (10 Miles), Tewkesbury (10 Miles), Pershore (20 Miles) or Ross-on-Wye (15 Miles).

As the Fencing Team Leader you will be:

Responsible for and working alongside a small team of fencers.

Installing timber, palisade and various metal fencing, hoarding and pedestrian gates.

Responsible for completing weekly van checks.

Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to their high standards.

Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.

Requirements

To be considered as the Fencing Team Leader you will need:

A minimum of two years fencing experience.

Team leading experience.

To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.

Ideally your CSCS card.

Experience of fencing on new build housing sites.

A driving licence.
