Key Responsibilities:
Lead the coordination and timely delivery of environmental management and certification processes in line with international standards (EN ISO 14001 and EMAS).
Oversee a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement in environmental performance.
Manage both internal and external reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement linked to environmental management systems.
Drive awareness initiatives and staff engagement activities related to sustainability.
Ensure that all contractual obligations and project milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
Requirements:
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong experience in environmental management, sustainability, or related project management.
Familiarity with international certification standards (EN ISO 14001, EMAS).
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
