Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate custom development initiatives across diverse teams.
This role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications while ensuring delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile methodologies, release management, and stakeholder engagement across complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Create, manage, and assess project scope, constraints, and timelines.
Lead projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Budget Management
Develop and maintain project budgets.
Generate reports comparing actual and forecasted costs.
Risk Management
Identify risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project health and proactively address challenges.
Stakeholder Communication
Prepare performance and status reports.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
Governance and Processes
Define project governance, communication standards, and quality benchmarks.
Establish deliverable acceptance criteria and ensure compliance.
Change Management
Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
Evaluate trade-offs and recommend solutions.
Transition Planning
Develop transition plans and apply lessons learned to future projects.
Program Management
Manage interdependencies across projects.
Define objectives, requirements, and schedules to optimize outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
Balance and negotiate needs across multiple stakeholders.
Build buy-in and manage resistance to change.
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in Project or Release Management.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Lean Agile.
Proven success in leading projects of moderate to high complexity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong team orientation and interpersonal communication abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
PMP Certification.
Experience with custom development projects.
