Pay Range: $44hr - $47hr

The Procurement Analyst will serve as a key interface between Global Procurement and designated Tariff Mitigation and GP improvement projects.

This role is responsible for ensuring the execution, quality, and delivery of assigned projects while driving value creation, cost savings, and process improvements.

The Procurement Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across business and operations functions, as well as with global category managers, to ensure alignment, leverage category strategies, and optimize supplier relationships. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary interface for Global Procurement in Tariff Mitigation and GP improvement projects.

Manage and deliver savings and value through effective implementation of category projects and strategies.

Ensure business needs are integrated into leveraged category spend with a clear value proposition.

Execute end-to-end sourcing activities to improve financial outcomes through cost savings, cost avoidance, and non-price value opportunities.

Collaborate with business and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely project execution.

Work closely with global category and procurement managers to drive leveraged commercial engagements and deliver value.

Identify process, supplier, and commercial gaps; propose and implement solutions to close gaps. Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in a related field.

Minimum 2 years of equivalent work experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain.

Strong business acumen with awareness of external macroeconomic factors.

Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and influence within a matrix organization.

Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.

Self-starter with a passion for challenging the status quo and driving change.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Exposure to supplier value management, supplier development, and continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
