Core Molding Technologies is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow customer relationships, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue in key markets.
In this role, you'll lead sales initiatives, manage accounts, and work cross-functionally to align business growth with strategic goals.
Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key product lines * Manage existing accounts and act as the primary customer contact * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet growth targets * Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Solutions Group, Finance, etc.) to support customer needs * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide strategy * Deliver proposals, pricing models, and presentations to clients * Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with business goals * Represent the company at industry events and trade shows * Use CRM and reporting tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activity * Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field * 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management * Proven success managing pipelines and hitting revenue goals * Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to interpret market data and financial reports Preferred * Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors * Familiarity with pricing strategies and contract negotiations Job Details * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Travel: Up to 50% (customer visits, trade shows, industry events) * Work Environment: Office and occasional shop floor exposure * Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift/move up to 10 lbs Why Join Us * Competitive compensation * Full benefits package * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities to lead high-impact growth initiatives Recruiters We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party agencies.
