WHAT WILL YOU DO

Source and screen acquisition targets using industry databases, market intelligence, and direct outreach

Build target profiles with traffic data, audience insights, and competitive positioning

Develop financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) and valuation ranges

Support the full deal process — from due diligence and data rooms to closing documentation

Track industry trends and competitor moves, helping refine acquisition strategy

Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, structured way

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity/VC, consulting, or digital media operations

Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with advanced Excel proficiency

Solid research and analytical abilities — able to connect market insights with business impact

Experience preparing clear presentations, memos, or recommendations for stakeholders

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

A collaborative mindset — you work well with cross-functional teams and external partners

GROSS SALARY

3000 - 3700 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
