The AOS is currently searching for an experienced individual to serve as a Human Capital Management (HCM) Manager leading the Recruitment staff in the Human Resources Department.
What will you be doing?
The HCM Manager will provide leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the Recruitment staff within the Human Resources Department. The HCM Manager is responsible for performing the following duties:
· Manage staff of recruiters responsible for hiring qualified staff in accordance with AOS policy, civil service laws & collective bargaining agreements.
· Administer, plan & direct all recruitment activities for the AOS Office.
· Develop and implement strategies to expand talent, develop goals & objectives for recruitment staff.
· Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
· Coordinate and implement college/university recruiting initiatives.
· Oversee applicant process, i.e. screen resumes & interview prospective applicants, prepare appropriate correspondence to prospective applicants, advertise positions using available resources, maintain applicant log & applicant files.

Educational and Experience:
Successful candidates will have:
· Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.
· 24 months experience in human resources which included 12 months experience in supervisory &/or management principles & techniques.
o Or 4 years experience in human resources.
o Or 12 months experience as Human Capital Management Senior Analyst, 64613.
o Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for employment noted above.
