Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry Advanced Cardiac Therapy position on a Med/Surg/Tele unit with daytime shifts and at least one year of recent specialty experience required.
Responsibilities
Work in a hospital Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit focused on Advanced Cardiac Therapy
Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
13-week travel contract
Unit cares for a mixed population of medical-surgical and telemetry cardiac patients
Provide telemetry nursing care to both medical-surgical and advanced cardiac patients
RTO (requested time off) must be less than one week
First time travelers will be considered
No Canadian SIN accepted
Requirements
Active RN license required at the time of consideration
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the telemetry specialty
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Valid driver’s license required
U.S. Social Security Number required
Certifications must be current and not set to expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
No previous permanent employment at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
