Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic outpatient clinic environment. This role is centered around ongoing patient care management, bridging episodic and long-term health needs. The ideal candidate is a patient-focused team player with strong clinical assessment skills and a dedication to excellence in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for clinic patients
Provide phone triage and determine appropriate level of care and follow-up
Facilitate patient and family education related to treatments and care plans
Administer medications and immunizations in accordance with established procedures
Support diagnostic testing and coordinate orders from providers
Maintain accurate documentation in patient records
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing
Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin
BLS or CPR Certification from AHA or Red Cross (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
Entry-level experience accepted
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently
