L&D Beds: 10 beds - # triage beds: 4 beds - # Postpartum beds: 17 beds - # births per day, per year: 150 births per month - Certs: BLS, NRP, ACLS, Adv AWHONN - Ratios: 1 to 2 - FHM System: Fetal Link - EMR: Cerner Power Chart - Charge Nurse: Yes - Nurse Aides/OB tech: OB techs - yes, one on per shift - Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule - Call Requirement : No - Holidays: Travelers will be required to work one major and minor - Scrub Color: Provided - Tele: GE - OB/Anesthesia/Neonataologist in house: OB and Anesthesia in house 24 hrs - IV Team: No - RT 24/7: Yes - Pharmacy 24/7: Yes - Shifts: 12 hr shifts 0700-1930, 1900-0730 - C-section experience required: must be able to circulate in for c-sections - Floating: None - Floor specific orientation: 1-2 shifts of orientation - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: 20 weeks and above, NICU is level 2, transfer out level 3 babies, high risk deliveries include hypertension, diabetics, advanced maternal age, pre-term, no prenatal care, substance abuse, twin deliveries, etc. - Additional Notes: Must have 2 years of experience or more, travel experience is preferred.
