Accounts Payable Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an immediate need for a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist. Position duration is 3-4+ months, full time, standard business operating hours Monday-Friday. Role is onsite. Only local applicants will be considered. Pay $23-$27 an hour.

Job Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

Communicate with vendors, internal departments to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions

Provide support for audits and other financial reviews. Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts payable preferably in banking/financial services.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. REF #49575
