Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Telemetry Advanced Cardiac Therapy position on a Med/Surg/Tele unit, requiring current RN licensure and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit specializing in Advanced Cardiac Therapy

Hospital setting with 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Assignment length is 13 weeks

No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius

Care for patients requiring telemetry and advanced cardiac therapy in a Med/Surg/Tele environment

Holiday coverage may be required as part of scheduling

First time travelers will be considered

Candidates must not have certifications expiring within 30 days of assignment start

Requirements

Active RN license required; pending licenses not accepted unless specified

At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience in the specialty

No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Valid driver's license required

U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration

Certifications must be valid for at least 30 days after start

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible

RTO (requested time off) must be less than one week
