Manager of Supply Chain Data & Systems

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for data, technology, and supply chain excellence? As the Manager of Supply Chain Data & Systems, you will lead a global team dedicated to ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and smart use of data and technology across our supply chain operations.

In this pivotal role, you’ll combine visionary thinking with hands-on leadership to drive data integrity, enhance system performance, and implement data-driven solutions that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and empower better decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, helping to shape and support our global supply chain strategy through innovative use of data and systems.

Your role

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data specialists and logistics/system engineers

Data Integrity & Management: Ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and reliable across all supply chain platforms.

Managing and improving the functionality of supply chain management (SCM) systems (e.g. Scale WMS), inventory management systems (i.e. ERP/DSX), and other related technologies.

Defining requirements on Supply Chain data. Converting complex data into understandable insights and reports to support strategic decisions and identify performance trends.

Developing and implementing technology solutions to streamline supply chain processes and enhance efficiency.

Ensuring supply chain systems and processes align with best practices and regulatory standards.

In depth collaboration with IT to align and approve system requirements and changes.

Who you are

At least a Bachelor’s degree in ICT, supply chain or related field

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the areas of Supply chain and data management

Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and use analytical models to evaluate supply chain performance and use tools to create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Fluent in English - spoken and written

Expertise in the core stages of supply chain management and data management
