As a Receptionist, you will be an integral member of our Administration team, working closely with the HR department to support daily operations and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests and connecting them with their contacts within JE, preparing meeting rooms, managing incoming calls and mail, and handling various administrative duties.

Your role is vital in ensuring a positive first impression for guests and colleagues, as well as facilitating smooth internal coordination across departments.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional manner, providing relevant information and guidance

Managing incoming and outgoing mail and calls, including coordination of express deliveries

Handling keys and badges including return control and access management

Overseeing meeting room utilities and reservations to ensure smooth scheduling

Performing administrative tasks such as supporting HR during onboarding days, assisting with accounting-related duties, translating documents, participating in the organization of various internal events and ordering office supplies

Managing reservations for fleet pool vehicles and coordinating annual maintenance of company vehicles

Updating and styling the JE weekly menu in German, English, and French

Our requirements:

Completed Apprenticeship or commercial CFC

Proven experience as a receptionist or in administrative roles

Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English, German and French (mandatory)

Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with a strong capacity for multitasking

Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
