Job Summary

We seek a seasoned RV Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer obsession. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate dealership-wide strategies to smash sales targets, optimize inventory turnover, and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Lead and Mentor Sales Teams: Hire, train, and coach a team of 8-12 RV sales consultants, conducting regular performance reviews, skill-building workshops, and motivational huddles to boost close rates by 25%+.

Drive Revenue and Sales Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, including promotional campaigns, upselling techniques, and cross-selling accessories to achieve $15M+ in annual unit sales.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Champion exceptional customer service by overseeing the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation via SEO-optimized digital funnels to post-sale follow-ups, ensuring 95%+ satisfaction scores and repeat business.

Inventory and Operations Oversight: Collaborate with finance and service departments to manage RV inventory levels, forecast demand using data analytics, and minimize carrying costs while maximizing gross profit margins.

Market Analysis and Growth Initiatives: Stay ahead of RV industry trends like sustainable travel and tech-integrated campers; launch targeted outreach to high-net-worth clients, RV clubs, and trade shows to expand market share.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to dealership standards, state regulations, and manufacturer guidelines; deliver insightful KPIs on sales metrics, conversion rates, and ROI to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales leadership within the automotive or RV dealership sector, with a history of exceeding quotas (e.g., $10M+ annual sales volume).

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in retail management or hospitality sales considered.

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dealertrack, Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools for lead tracking and analytics.

Essential Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, negotiation expertise, and team-building prowess; a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving in high-stakes scenarios.

Preferred Skills

Deep knowledge of recreational vehicle features, financing options, and aftermarket upgrades.

Experience with e-commerce integration for online RV sales and virtual tours.

Certifications like RVIA Sales Professional or Automotive Sales Management a plus.
