#Key Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, Naukri, Monstar, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and client expectations.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, resume screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
Negotiate salary and terms of employment with selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations during the hiring process.
Track and report key recruitment metrics on a regular basis.
