Position Overview

The Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The role involves managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on construction sites

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers

Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget

Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols

Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality

Communicate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding project updates

Prepare and submit necessary reports related to project progress and issuesQualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations

Experience with ground-up construction projects

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred

Proficient in construction management software
