We’re hiring: Senior Legal Counsel EMEA – International Contracts/Business Law (Stuttgart region)

Our client, a leading international industrial group, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel EMEA to strengthen its legal department.

You’ll join a dynamic environment where you’ll work hand in hand with international teams across the EMEA region.

What you’ll do

As a true business partner, you will:

Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts in English (procurement, sales, services...)

Provide legal support to operational teams (procurement, finance, HR, compliance, marketing, etc.)

Drive compliance policies across the organization

Support strategic and cross-functional projects (reorganizations, change management...)

Assess legal risks in key projects and initiatives

Mentor and support junior counsels

What we’re looking for

Business lawyer with 8+ years of experience, ideally in an industrial environment

Background in an international group (law firm experience is a plus)

Strong expertise in contract law and negotiations (in English)

Compliance knowledge in an international context

Comfortable in industrial/technical environments

Fluent in English

Proactive, autonomous, strong team spirit
