Our client in the nonprofit healthcare industry is seeking an Accountant to assist with reconciling complex accounts and vendor invoices

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTANT:

The Accountant will reconcile complex accounts involving multiple vendors and grant funding

The Accountant will reconcile vendor invoices

Transfer information accurately from Oracle ERP to NetSuite

Utilize Excel tools such as vlookups and pivot tables to support reconciliations and reporting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTANT:

Must have ERP experience

Must have 3 years of accounting experience (flexible with nonprofit or healthcare background)

Must have BA degree in accounting, finance, or computer science

Must have strong Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables

NetSuite experience is a plus

Nonprofit or healthcare accounting experience is a plus

Experience with grant billing is a plus

Permanent
