INTERNAL AUDITOR

Our client is actively seeking a motivated individual to assist their Accounting Team as an Internal Auditor and support financial reporting activities. Salary is $80,000 - $100,000, DOE. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERNAL AUDITOR:

The Internal Auditor will spearhead prep for audit and coordinate all needs with external auditors

The Internal Auditor will support financial reporting efforts, ensuring GAAP compliance for financial closes and Board reporting

Identify areas for improvements and assist with control implementation

Support GL functions for close, such as complex reconciliations, posting entries, and generating reporting

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE INTERNAL AUDITOR ROLE:

Must have experience in Audit (internal or financial), with 5+ years preferred

Must be able to pass drug & BCI background check

Experience with financial reporting in ERP or other largescale accounting systems

Must be able to ensure GAAP compliance, with working knowledge of FASB or GASB accounting principles

Salary Range: $80,00 - $100,000, DOE
