Overview:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced IT Sourcing & Contracts Manager to join a dynamic Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for leading the full contract lifecycle, driving sourcing strategies, and managing vendor relationships for large-scale IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in contract law, procurement best practices, and navigating government RFP processes

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation, negotiation, and management of various contract types, including:

Master Contractor Agreements (MCA)

Master Supplier Services Agreements (MSSA)

Licensing Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, Amendments, Renewals, and POs

Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.

Manage the redlining process, aligning input from legal, business units, and external vendors.

Oversee and respond to RFPs for state and local government clients in collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO).

Develop and submit compelling, compliant proposal responses with cross-functional teams.

Own the end-to-end procurement contract process-initiation, negotiation, execution, and post-award management.

Resolve contract-related issues efficiently and maintain vendor performance compliance.

Lead strategic sourcing for complex IT procurement efforts, ensuring optimal value and risk mitigation.

Drive the vendor selection process, identifying top-fit solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:

Experience in IT sourcing, contract negotiation, and procurement management, especially in technology, software, or IT services.

Strong understanding of contract law, procurement strategy, and compliance.

Demonstrated success managing complex sourcing projects and vendor relationships.

Experience leading government RFPs and proposal development.

Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, global setting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
