As a Site Office Engineer, you will be providing both technical & administrative information to all personnel who are working on a project site/ office to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
Our salary range for this position is based on the market data: Php 25,000.00 to 30,000.00 per month (the offer depends on the experience).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervision on assigned projects ensuring compliance with the approved design and standards
Manage various construction projects and prepare cost estimates, quality assurance and implementing safety standards
Guide workers, liaise with vendors and check the quality of materials
Provide technical advise and suggestions for improvement
Validate quantity, condition, and approval of materials on site prior to Government issuing invoice payments
Attend/witness selected tests and review all applicable test reports and results
Keep the Government sponsor advised as to the status of projects under his/her administrative and technical control, but the responsibility to plan and carry out the assignment is accomplished independently
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience
Willing to learn and adapt to various situations; multi-tasker.
Adequate relevant training
Proficient in AutoCAD and other Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to new technologies
Possess a Driver’s License
