SEC Senior Analyst

Assist with the preparation and filing of quarterly and year-end external financial reports with the SEC, including business section, risk factors, forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other SEC filings as necessary.

Complete footnotes, MD&A and financial statement disclosures, ensuring that all disclosures are properly supported and have been reviewed in accordance with the company policies, including compliance with SOX.

Project lead and/or Team lead those individuals who are providing information to support the SEC filings to ensure they understand the data being requested, have adequate processes to obtain the data and that adequate review procedures are in place.

Prepare reconciliations, rollforward schedules and journal entries for financial statement related accounts including leases, debt, and equity.

Assist with the preparation of the stock-based compensation and earnings per share.
