Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project success by overseeing administrative processes, coordinating schedules, managing project documentation, and maintaining effective communication across teams and clients. Utilizes platforms like Salesforce, Procore, Sedona, and SharePoint throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Project setup & administration including entry of project into project management tool
Assist with customer communications and scheduling calls
Generate purchase orders; track receipts in Silco’s software programs
Issue deposit/progress invoices
Assist with AIA billing and internal billing coordination
Schedule technicians using Salesforce, Outlook, and Procore
Monitor project job ticket lifecycle
Track permit status and material deliveries
Qualifications:
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. (Various other computer programs will be used, but training will be provided)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organization and analytical skills
Prior fire protection/construction industry experience
Experience/certification in Procore, Salesforce, or Sedona is a plus
